I just want every rapper to take their lead from this kid.  Notice how he talks about how important it is to surround yourself by the right people.  I can’t stress enough the importance of that point.  Drake just has his shit together.  He will be running the game in less then a year.  I mean he already is, but the masses don’t know it yet.
