A reimagination of Kim Petras’ “Remind Me”.
After achieving universal success with their “Go” collaboration, The Kid LAROI has returned with another assist from the dearly-departed Juice WRLD with “Reminds Me Of You.”
Released on the anniversary of Juice’s untimely passing, the posthumous feature from the Chicago standout is a testament to his transcendent, versatile talent. It’s bitter-sweet, for it reinforces his skill and impact, but it’s a tangible reminder of his suffocating transition.
“Remind Me Of You” is a reimagination of Kim Petras’ “Remind Me,” which The Kid LAROI received her blessing to create. In a tweet from The Kid, he wrote, “Reminds Me Of You’ tonight with my brother @JuiceWorlddd. Big thank you to @kimpetras for allowing us to remake & share our version of her song with the world.”
