New Music: Vic Mensa – “All That Shines”

Roc Nation’s premiere young’n is back with some more tunes. After sharing a string of cuts in “Heir to the Throne,” “Heat It Up,” and “I Been” (all these arrive after “U Mad” and “No Chill”) the Chicago upstart is back with “All That Shines,” which like the other tracks, may or may not be appearing on his forthcoming debut album, Traffic.
