Well ain’t that some ish, Officer Down by Lloyd Banks from his Officer Down mixtape is currently selling more on ITunes than the first single from Rick Ross off his impending Depper than Rap release, Magnificent. Ross’s joint which features R&B crooner John Legend has, according to a Def Jam insider, failed to make the noise the label had hoped which in turn could effect the marketing budget of the album.
But Deeper than Rap from Rick Ross is expected April 21st was previewed on Tuesday night in NYC at the crowded Tribeca Grand. Ross in attendance allegedly amazed critics and bloggers alike with the album who some are predicting ‘a classic album.’ Hmmm not too sure about ‘classic’ myself but very few albums these days are ‘classic’. Hopefully once the reviews start coming in it might generate some worthy attention for the Boss of Miami.

I think its just too early to tell, Ross might actually rise above this. keep your fingers crossed!
Its funny how the media outlets want to see Ross fail and GUNOT win so badly. Banks is over man. Doesnt matter waht he does. He is a fucking wrap. 50 is the only one left
Rick Ross makes some really great music!! Magnificent is a great song it just shouldn’t have been a 1st single. People don’t want laid back music for 1st singles. Ignore the beef and let the music speak for itself. IF G Unit doesn’t hate on some1 they can make music. They make their money off of other niggas not by themselves.
Go Banks!
lol Officer ricky iz a fool fo real
