Few individuals are noteworthy enough to warrant a surprise album release. With zero marketing and promotion, or even the subtlest hint of a drop, it’s extremely difficult to garner the interest necessary to receive respectable first-week numbers. Jay Z and Beyoncé belong to this rare company, and a couple of days ago, they released a collaborate surprise album, Everything is Love.
Currently on tour together, the out-of-the-blue release nice complements their joint musical performance, and has elated fans all over the world. A nine-track effort, Everything is Love is unsurprisingly a Tidal exclusive, however, Jay and Bey released a lengthy music video for the album’s energetic track, “APESH*T”.
