Featuring A$AP Rocky, J. Cole, and Drake.

The 9/6 edition of the Forever Cold playlist is here. A$AP Rocky and J. Cole team up on their first ever track together, while Drake continues releasing tracks from his 100 GIGS project. Sit back and enjoy the newest edition of Forever Cold curated by DJ Forever Cold.

Headlining the 9/6 Forever Cold playlist are A$AP Rocky, J. Cole, Drake, Destroy Lonely, and Ken Carson.

Surprisingly, A$AP Rocky and J. Cole have never collaborated on their own track. They once appeared on the same track when they were called upon for Justin Timberlake’s “TKO (Remix)” but this is the first time the two of them have aligned on their own collaboration. In what people anticipate to be the last single from Rocky’s forthcoming album, “Ruby Rosary” sees Rocky invite J. Cole into his trippy, psychedelic world, using hypnotic production to set the stage. It may not be the high-energy, turn up track we would have wanted from these two legends, but it is cool track that has lots of quotable lyrics.

Meanwhile, Drake continues to drop new music. His latest releases include “No Face” and “Circadian Rhythm” as the Toronto-native builds out his 100 GIGS project before our eyes. The news of Kendrick playing this year’s super bowl broke over the weekend, so if Drake has any new music lined up for the coming weeks, it will be interesting to see if he addresses the headlines and memes that have been floating around the internet.
