A$AP Rocky, after much anticipation, drops his first single from his forthcoming album Don’t Be Dumb. Titled “HIGHJACK,” the track sees Rocky float on top of hypnotic production. As he moves into the second verse, the production becomes more airy and melodic; it’s a classic transition for the Harlem native, whose musical style may only be trumped by his sense of fashion. Safe to say we’re excited for the new album.
Meanwhile, Polo G and Lil Durk drop their latest collab “We Uh Shoot.” The two superstars have put Chicago on their back for the past few years, carrying the torch for the Midwest. We hope the two have more in store for us, but we’ll have this on repeat for weeks to come.
